When planning a project for bid, We carefully reviews the project with our client to insure the materials and trade related services are listed in the scope of work, We like to make sure our clients are comfortable during this process and aware of the certain things that may pop up during a renovation process. These items are mentioned through the walk-through so the customer is prepared with no surprises. 

 

When estimating a job, it is important to review all the line items to make sure that what is being bid on is what is being priced out and built, When Bidding on a typical project, a bid will be presented on materials and labor for that specific project and priced out accordingly based on the time line to get that job done. It is critical to have a product sheet signed off with allowances of those items listed.
